Shipping policy


All orders will be shipped within 6 business days. Our orders are shipped with local couriers or DHL. You can find your shipping options at checkout
Please make sure to provide correct information. Your courier will contact you before delivery.
Meta Bamboo is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested a safe drop and asked to leave your parcel unattended.
Every order is supplied with a tracking number.

IF THE ORDER IS NOT COLLECTED, BECAUSE THE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT OR THE RECIPIENT HASN'T PICKED UP THE PACKAGE, WE WILL REFUND 6€ LESS TO COVER THE SHIPPING COSTS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER OR CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AFTER REALIZING THE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT!

PLEASE ALLOW A FEW MORE DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY, AS WE AND THE DELIVERY COURIERS ARE FACING A LARGE NUMBER OF ORDERS DURING THIS TIME. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENCE.

CUSTOMS, FEES AND TAXES 


Please note that Meta Bamboo is not liable for customs clearance fees outside of EU. We are also not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.

All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges and fees prior to placing an order.

To comply with European export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "Merchandise".

We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "Gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. 

If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a return fee deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. Please keep in mind customs can also seize the package and will not return it, so we will not issue a refund.

This is non-negotiable.
